  1. The division lead is the only thing keeping me from hitting the panic button because the offense is making it close. 5 straight games with 3 or less runs and they don’t even look close to coming out of the slump. 3 straight home series losses is not helping either

  2. 2 of their hits in the big inning were very fortunate, that inning could very well have been scoreless.

Unfortunately that’s about the only silver lining from this game and this whole series so far. Zero situational hitting, brutal slumps, decimated bullpen, really stupid managing to use Peguero to strand a runner on 3rd with 1 out, so many missed fastballs straight down the middle, so little energy, just terrible.

Dodgers lost, Cardinals are losing. Let’s please win tomorrow and never think about this game again.

  3. I am emotionally detaching from this season at this time. I hope they win, but I know they won’t, and I can’t be all in anymore. The Yeli injury was pretty much it for me, but I’m out on this season. Just gonna enjoy some baseball games the rest of the way.

Glad that I don’t really have any fears that the FO is going to do something dumb to mortgage the future for a extremely remote chance at winning this year.

  4. A last place team just traded their best position player and still beat us. Brutal.
