  1. Hi, Guys! Although too soon go tell, but it suggestive of a revitalized Braves team. Sat & Sun were impressive offensive performances. Key will be for players to sustain this for extended period.
Certainly hope Lopez injury isn’t serious and he can get back in game!

  2. Not gonna lie, the season has felt kinda lost over the past week and a half or so, especially after that horrific loss on Friday. The only saving grace is that the Phillies have also come out of the all star break pretty flat as well, we could easily be 13 or 14 ganes back right now.

  3. I want to see a strong finish regardless where it’s going to lead us. Instead of seeking trades, couldn’t we promote some young players from the minors and see what they can do. It’s important to make some progress this season even if it means not making the postseason

  4. Has anyone here ever heard of "The 1914 Miracle Boston Braves"?
In last place on July 15th, they finished first and won the World Series against a heavily favored team, the Philadelphia Athletics. 😊

  5. Sorry, I should know the answer to this question. How much did Jarred Kelenic actually cost the Braves when it was all said and done. I think they took on some salary but it seemed complicated. Thanks in advance!!! Great job on the show!!!

  6. Real fun watching the last 2 games. Miracles can happen. Maybe Schwellenbach will continue to be nails the rest of the season and Ian Anderson will come back and be as good as ever in the post season… But really I think the season is over after today. Darren O'Day has me pretty convinced Lopez is done for the year. We need him Fried and Sale to have a chance and Fried is already on the IL although fingers crossed he's ok.

  7. I don't think Alvarez is that much of an issue that they need to worry about replacing him over any of the other problems that need fixing. He's only had two hits sure, but I feel like he's hitting a ton of line drives right at a defender and he's had at least two hits robbed from him. Plus you already have Merrifield as a backup plan. I feel like unless you can swing a really good deal for someone it's more important to go find an every day outfielder and a back of the rotation starter because if vy some miracle Lopez and Fried are both going to be okay you have to do anything you can to baby the rotation through the rest of the regular season. Even if you have to put them on one 5 inning start per week to make sure they don't get hurt. I feel like it one of those guys is done for the season so is the whole club.

  8. not to be too much of a downer because they looked great yesterday & today, but the Braves have won back-to-back games. Great. They are 3-6 since the Break, and under .500 since April. They're gonna need to pull off near 10 in-a-row to re-establish themselves as an NL powerhouse. With their depleted rotation (only Sale & Morton left from the OD rotation) and lineup, it's going to be tough to go on a run.

That being said, I am happy to be wrong if they can get hot and reel-off 35-40 wins out of the remaining schedule, cuz that's what they'll need to sneak into the post-season. There are 10 clubs within reach vying for 3 spots. Atlanta is not catching Philly.

  9. Get well soon Reynaldo, he's one of the reasons Braves still have a pulse.

But some regression was coming according to the analytics… kind of like we all knew with Elder this time last year. Speaking of Elder…please go get someone AA, just not another Odorizzi😂.
