I like the Canes strategy of trading down, piling up 8-10 picks, and taking fliers on successful players who are overlooked by others for various reasons. If they were drafting at higher draft slots, their draft would look a lot like Calgary's this year.
Hate the canes always love their drafts
Pretty clear they draft a lot of Euro players since they don't have an AHL team.
