$45 for a screen printed hat is a crime. I’ll be waiting when new era releases hats that are actually embroidered
So when the new logo was revealed I rushed to the team store online as a Ducks Faithful… and ordered a VG Cap.
It just arrived today. This abomination is a cheap chinesium foam hat with a heat transfer logo. Not embroidered, not quality in any way. Of course still has the giant registered trademark symbol.
This thing cost $50 all told. I have never been so ashamed of this team as I do right now, and that’s saying something.
So, be careful what you are ordering. This is a new low.
Free give aways at the games are better quality than this rushed redesign merch. I went to team store to check it out and it was comical.

Is it returnable?
Just wait a bit for them to bulk up on good items. I’d say give it a year or so
All the merch they sold at the event w/ the draft picks was absolute trash. Embarrassing. Yet people bought it 🤣
I’m very cautious when it comes to hats from the team store, I usually go New Era or 47 Brand which are usually quality. I stay away from everything else, especially Mitchell and Ness.

I love violent gents but I gotta admit their quality sucks. Their shirts shrink and the hats do fit right.
I almost ordered this hat, but decided to go to the team store during the sale and saw it in person. Yeah, it’s not worth the price. My assumption is that they quickly screen printed stuff with the new logo without much thought to it.
Yeah this kind of thing is why I never buy merch online anymore until I’ve had a chance to check it out in-person.
