Aaron Banks wouldn’t even answer a question about Spencer Burford in the Super Bowl: “Sore subject…I’m gunna pass on that.” You can tell the weight of that game still weighs on the players and they feel for their teammates #49ers | #FTTB

  1. no offense but I get tired of the reporters asking about it, I get why, and I don’t blame them at all for doing it, but doesn’t not make me cringe when I hear the super bowl come up in their questioning any less lol.

  2. What’d Burford do? I don’t remember too much about the oline in the Super Bowl besides being turnstiles for Chris Jones

  3. This team and its fans will do anything to put the balls on anyone else but Shanahan. It’s amazing.

  4. Man. Overall that game the Niners as a team made more mistakes and suffered the more substantial injuries than KC did and KC still needed OT. I try to block that game out of my head but 6 or 7 crucial mistakes the Niners commited that if they cut that in half they win somewhat comfortably.

The CMC fumble in the first quarter had just as much impact on the result of the game as the blown coverage assignment in the fourth.

That whole playoff run was bad for my heart.

  5. Second sentence makes no sense. the weight of the tweet is what made him no comment. This sub is just franchise propaganda
