Nice to see, Von and Milano’s return to form are key to the defense being elite vs above average. However I am excited to see what some of the youngins have in store. Bernard we know is a stud but its big year for Dorian, AJ, and Rousseau. We really need them to elevate to another level.
On one hand, great to hear that both Von and Groot are having a great camp
On the other hand, it’s a little disconcerting that stories keep coming out about Spencer Brown getting worked

Von has received so much hate over the past year. Interested to see how quickly the sentiment from fans changes as soon as he makes a big play
Beating Spencer Brown’s pass blocking isn’t exactly the highest bar but I’m cautiously optimistic to see what Von looks like.
I keep seeing doom and gloom about our defense, and depth is absolutely a concern for when injuries hit, but the starting defense will be a problem when healthy. We are stacked at defensive tackle, linebacker, and corner. If Von can turn it back on, defensive end will be a plus group for us as well. People forget how much better the rest of the line was able to perform when Von was firing in 2022; there are huge synergies in defensive line play.
If Von can play at a high level, our only real weakness defensively would come at safety, and hopefully Mike Edwards can stay healthy and hold down the ship there. No star power in that position group but he’s not exactly a liability either.
I hope so, I fervently hope so.
I’ll believe it when I see it during a game, but god damn would it be awesome if he returned to form (or got relatively close to it)
