  1. I don’t think statues are necessary. It’s weird to be putting people on pedestals just because they played a game anyway.

  2. Zeke, and Ben deserve statues tbh. Generational talents that produced us championships. Could put them either outside, but I’d like the to be next to gordie howe statue inside LCA. I loved the starting 5 of going to work pistons it’s who I watched growing up, I know Ben was a non factor on offense, but his defense is still talked about today and he won 4 DPoYs in 5 years and was runner up on one of them. His statue needs the fro and the armbands lol.

  3. i’m good on building a statue for anyone with a history of sexual harassment

  4. there was a woodward sports article a while back that said the pistons wont have statues in LCA because they are tenants. LCA is a hockey arena first and foremost

  5. Ben Wallace > Zeke. Ben represents hard work and determination, very Detroit mindset. He has always kept it 100 and only undrafted player in HOF. Sure yall know that already, but my final arguement is a Ben Wallace statue would just look sick. 🦾🦾🔔

  6. Outside the performance center, there isn’t much room for statues. They’d have to do it at LCA which they don’t entirely own so idk how it would work.

  7. Put up a statue when the team has its own stadium again. They’re just a tenant currently.

  8. Wasn’t there one inside the Palace?
Either way, first, we need a Blaha Statue.

  9. I can’t stress how worthless a posthumous honoring of Isiah will be if they don’t build the statue Davidson promised at his 1996 jersey retirement while he’s here

  10. I guess if the modern standard is that franchise greats get statues, then I suppose so.
