14. Simmons need to tone it down a little when it comes to reporters but at the same time, reporter needs to be aware what they put out there about players. You don't want to antagonize players to the point where when they become free agenst, the way you talk about them in the media becomes a factor whether or not they want to stay with your team. At this point, with social media, reporters need to be more mindful what they put out there, players have easier access now to go back and forth with you. Even Paul Kuharsky of all people when on twitter or article I feel is more controlled, being able to resolve peacefully issues with Arden Key for example.

    As for the scuffle with Latham, I think it was simply a test by Simmons to see how far Latham is willing to go. Latham will thank Simmons later. LOL

    Not worried at all about the scuffle between players.

22. I’ve tried to be optimistic and like Buck on numerous occasions, but he’s terrible. Today was the final straw. They can definitely get better reporters around the team than him and to think otherwise is just a ridiculously silly thought.

23. Some of the local media saying the FO needs to punish Jeff for starting a fight and cussing at a reporter is so funny. These dudes never played football if you aren’t fighting first week of pads you’re probably not cut out do the sport.

    Some of these team employees “reporters” have an out of control sense of entitlement for some reason. Obviously you prefer Jeff handle that in private but he’s also a grown ass man free to do what he wants short of hurting someone.

    Lastly, anyone who doesn’t think Buck eats that shit up is out of their mind. He’s been shit talking Jeff saying he’s not worth his money, a baby, soft etc and make this note Buck ADMITTED on air that he went too hard on Jeff with that stuff.

    The people saying “oh Buck offered him a chance to sit down and discuss it and he didn’t !” are goofy too.

    Buck would get a boost on air and online unlike anything he has ever seen from Jeff. Also Jeff was pissed there was no way Jeff was gonna sit there and not sound like an idiot compared to Buck who is paid to talk for a living. Buck saying sit down and we can talk about it was as disingenuous as it gets let’s be real lol
