  1. This is my 2nd favorite episode to date.Top notch articulation of Scott Harris to this point in time. The "lack of risk" statement is a very good one. In my view this Flaherty trade is Erod 2.0, total unmitigated disaster .2 scrubs for Flaherty- not good. Sweeney has 1/3 K rate in AAA, and Liranzo is a bust out- 220 in high A. High K rate at AAA is a deal breaker for any hitter. This trade was a last minute move to avoid being left holding the bag again. It was strictly cosmetic.Take away the Clark/Mcgonigle draft and Scott Harris is doing a bad job. Overall Im noticing a pattern of Harris being reluctant to make moves/decisions/admit mistakes and move on kinda thing. Like Mckinstry still here instead of Navagato getting a shot and ofcourse waiting again till last minute to move valuable pieces in Erod and Flaherty.. I'd rather have the #1 draft pick instead of these scrubs- so would Scott Harris LOL- but he couldnt because he would have looked like a fool again like with Erod snafu. .

  2. Why are we trading for all these pitchers? We need some more good hitters in this organization. I don’t get it. This organization is pathetic. Under .500 every flipping year. When is this team gonna turn it around? It’s been a decade now.

  3. They should not have dealt Flaherty without at least 1 starting pitching prospect back in the deal. I thought Kelly & Chafin were pretty good deals. But, he screwed the pooch on Flaherty. They should have kept him. Shut him down for 2 days hanging with the rest of the guys in the dugout waiting for the ax to fall. Team chemistry be damned. Front office sent the boys a message with that move. Seasons over boys. Time to go & pad those personal stats. No more team. Back to normal as possible with my 2 man rotation. Good show Scott Thanks. Go Tigers, far away, come back next year ready to play

  4. DFA McInstry and Urshela. They are not part of the future (which is now more important than the present). Either have Toledo’s Navagato (or even Sweeney) play some shortstop. Also, bring up Jace Jung, even if his defense is shaky (Hope Harris learned a lesson about bringing up Colt Keith too late – should have been broken into the majors around this time a year ago, not this year at the start of the season).

  5. Scott Harris might not be the worst POBO, but the fact our Major League Team hasn’t improved at all since he took over is concerning and very frustrating as a fan. We haven’t been competitive in 7-8 years, Detroit deserves a GOOD baseball team. No other way to spin it.
