Actually stick to what is working. Tell Lamar, who cares if you win a Superbowl running, you got your team here, show people why you are a franchise QB. You are a QB that could run, that’s what you do. If you win nothing else matters and people can’t hold that against you.
Tell the coaching staff to not abandon their gameplan when it work all the way up to that point. They have a Super Bowl team they have the tools to be champs, they got to be smarter
