I’d assume it’s Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, and Winnipeg.
This reminds me of Josh Gorges refusing a trade to Leafs. Bless his soul, he preferred to play in Buffalo rather than the unbearable thought of becoming a Leaf.
