1. This is not happening. They don’t spend money on players outside the organization. He’s not on their radar. I like the wishful thinking. I’m from Pontiac and I would love to see Judon come home.

I am more interested in seeing what Da Problem can do this year, he was a Sam at FSU, turned to DE at JSU with coach Prime explaining to him this was his ticket to the pro's and I believe he can do it, he lost a year and has a TON added to his plate, but since he was drafted he has been my favorite Lion as I waited to see if he would make the team from the practice squad, Commish's injury might have opened the spot needed for him to make the opening day roster, and I pray for this…man he is a BEAST off the edge and we need to keep him somehow someway…been a Lions fan all my life, as a 61 yr old man and living in Michigan

11. You gotta pay judo if you trade for him, if not he is sitting out. If he would take a 1 yr contract for more money I would be all for it.

12. Brad Holmes has shown he'll put out the money for his guys, people he knows fit the team's culture and will be good for the team going forward. So far this tends to mostly be guys he's drafted, or players the coaching staff is familiar with from elsewhere. My guess is that if he were to trade for him it wouldn't be to immediately extend him or give him a raise for this year, but as a tryout to see if he can earn a deal next year. That would be tricky given he's 32 now, and I'm loathe to give out draft capital given how good Holmes has been in the draft. Sure we might not need 8-10 picks a year anymore, but that's draft capital he uses to move up to draft his guys too. My concern is that if we traded for him, Judon might cause similar issues if he's not given a new contract. If we do trade for him though, I will cheer for him and trust that Brad Holmes knows what he is doing. Likewise if he doesn't, I will trust that Brad Holmes knows what he's doing.

14. I stick to my guns that we have enough going into the season. I want Brad having draft picks. I think were good until the trade deadline, lets see if we even need anyone else and save our money and our draft capital. I know Lions fans are getting antsy and need something to talk about every week, but lets just chill.

16. Judon will not be a Lion! It takes a team (Detroit) to take an interest in a player for a possible trade. So with Detroit not interested, Judon is publicly letting teams know he is disgruntled something the Lions don’t want! Judon doesn’t fit in a 4/3 scheme. Ndamukong Suh will be a Lion before he will. In fact, he shared a photo right before the exit to get to the Lions facility while driving today.

22. He's not a fit. I heard someone say that he may cost draft capital and about 20-22m a year for 2-3 years. Respect your position Derrick though. It's all speculation at this point.
