  1. Remember when that article said Bagent was one to watch tonight? Yeah, it’s still stupid.

    Brett Rypien’s your God now

  2. I’m super disappointed…

that Flus didn’t send Pettis out to midfield during the storm to hold a golf club.

  3. Rypien today: 11-15 166 Yards 3 TD 0 INT

Bagent when he took Walker’s Job: (3 games) 20-29 156 Yards 0 TD 1 INT

Rypien outplayed Bagent’s entire preseason in one game.

Very clear to me that there’s a QB2 battle (or there should be).

  4. Missed the game, would appreciate if someone could enlighten me on the standouts

  5. Collin Johnson played like Calvin Johnson

    Rypien was pretty electric

    Pettis muffed a punt

I also thought Elijah Hicks played pretty well- I think he was the guy that basically stopped a 50+ yard run with a really nice open field tackle

New kickoff looks weird, definitely need more of a sample size to judge it

Also found it odd Taylor wasn’t punting, I wonder if it was because we play the Texans so early in the season?

  6. If there’s one thing I’m confident about, it’s that the dumb ass Bears fans will be shouting as loud as they can about how Rypien should be the starting QB. And when Williams has his first bad game, they’ll be everywhere.

  7. The new kickoff looks lame as hell. Overcomplicated it for no reason lol. The drop zone. Different starting positions if it rolls into the end zone or if it lands on it. The players don’t even know when they can start. It just doesn’t feel right… not to mention there’s NO onside kicks allowed until the 4th quarter AND your team has to be losing.
