Some fans love McDermott and others do not. Is he gone after this year if the team doesn’t at least make it to the AFC Championship Game?

Not a chance. We would need to go 4-13 with Allen for it to happen.
Way too many variables. If we have a healthy roster that is firing on all cylinders and we lose in the divisional based on some airheaded coaching decisions? Maybe. But I think it’ll take another 13-seconds style disaster to even get close to him losing his job.
No. Beane and Pegula know its a soft rebuild
I don’t expect us to win it all this year with our lack of depth and dead cap. I think next year we will be able to add and take our best shot at the SB. So no, we would have to go like 500 for him to loose his job.
I love McDermott but anything less then a conference game and it’s likely he’s fired. Allen isn’t getting younger
