So my wife got me this image (Nadel’s call of the final out) put on canvas to hang in my office. It turned out extremely blurry due to the low resolution of the picture. Neither one of us can find the image again to see if we can get the resolution improved. Does anybody know where I might find this?

Perhaps you could contact TheBattersBoxDesigns (Etsy) and ask about a canvas or offer to pay them for the image in high quality. If that fails maybe just buy the poster then just frame it or see if you can take a high quality picture of it. I’d definitely want to see whoever designed that get some small compensation somehow.
Apropos to nothing there are some individual members of the group Reddit Photoshop requests that have a dazzling ability to sharpen images.
