Hmmm… one of the key ingredients to any success, is culture, and Salah has established a culture where players are willing to run through a wall for him! One of the main reasons Rogers chose to come to the Jets, because he thought a lot of Salah!
Salah has had poor quarterbacks and when he finally got an elite one, got injured in the 1st game, and out for the season! How about all the injuries in the team while Salah was there- is that a fault of Salah not being successful! How about how unsuccessful the Jets have been b4 Salah got there!!!
Keeping him only if the Jets win the Super Bowl???? Be careful about setting such expectations! Salah would be hired by another team, in a minute! Be careful about you put out there! No guarantees with a different coach coming in!!!!
