  1. Good shit on the player cutouts. That makes or breaks a graphic from the start. There might be a couple spots around the skyline cutout that got a little funky but you don’t immediately catch it on first glance. The player drop shadows are also nice without being too heavy handed.

I’m also always a fan of these intentional cropped photos with elements that break the boundary. My only major suggestion is if you play around with the color treatment of the city photo like making it black and white to really lean into the team colors, but I also really like how the player photos sit over that blue and white sky up top.

And if you want me to be super nitpicky I’d say photoshop out the 40th anniversary patches on a couple of the shoulders to make it feel more evergreen and if you wanna pretend like you were having to make this in an official team capacity they’d probably say the RWJBarnabas patch should be photoshopped onto the players where that space on the chest would be visible (because sponsorships boo).

Idk if this is the feedback you wanted but this stuff was my day to day job before I decided I needed a job to pay my mortgage easier lol.

  2. Like it overall, great composition, but dont like how the copy is cut off on the left and right

  3. I like it. Turn the blue sky and clouds into black and red flames and I love it.

  4. Clean work on the player silos. Put a little more into color grading among those for consistency. Use Bratt as the reference. Drop a reference point on the brightest red on his back and adjust the curves for the other players so their brightest reds match that reading.

And try some other options for the type.
