  1. Kerryon Johnson is the current Director Of Player Development at the University of Northern Alabama as well. I’m very happy to see he’s doing well after the Fat Patricia regime basically rode him into the dirt.

  2. Awesome! Now he can start throwing around “proprioception” at players like Hutch.

  3. Congrats to him. One of my favourite lions. Unfortunately injuries were too much to overcome to have a longer career. But was fun to watch and a great person to have in the org.

  4. Congratulations to him and his family!! I hope he has a successful career, and thank him for all he did for the Lions!!

  5. There was a solid month where I believed the Johnson & Johnson rushing duo could have been the next great thing in football

  6. Fitting degree too. I always think it’s cool when people have a major that have some personal background to their lives.

  7. Love this and I’m so happy for him.

Not sure why i’m even sharing this. back when he had his 100 yard rushing game against new england. i was really rooting for him and thought he was such a great dude and a good talent. i had a rough 2018, my daughter was born, my job was treating me like shit, i was seperated from my daughter’s mother and going through the court system trying to win even some scraps of custody. it was just a rough year for me. i didn’t have much of an outlet to let my frustrations out or emotions really. But I was super excited about the lions that year and i think it helped take my mind off the shit time i was having. well anyways was really rooting for Kerryon and he had that 100 yard rushing game and right at the end when he got it i like broke down and started bawling my eyes out. just really an embarrassing type of cry, all my emotions and everything just came out all at once. didn’t last very long but it felt good and i don’t know it just kinda felt really good to get it all out. i don’t know how else to explain it.

i don’t think ill ever forget that game and ill always remember him. Glad to see he’s doing well. Sorry if my story sounds dumb

  8. Dude deserved a better career than the one he got. Happy he got is degree and seems to be doing well.

  9. I blame myself for his injuries when he was with Detroit. I drunkly bought his jersey during his 2nd season and he got hurt that game.
