Things are falling into place..

OK Guys, things are finally starting to fall into place for the Montreal Canadiens.. after several key signings by GM Kent Hughes over the past few days.. Arber Xhekaj, Justin Barron, Kaiden Guhle have all been signed to excellent new deals.. and in today’s video we will discuss the cap and the signings that have been made.

  7. This team will be as close to a "super" team as you can get in the salary cap era several years from now when the cap continues to rise. If they land a few more superstar players when the young core is in their prime they'll be unstoppable. Kent Hughes is painting a beauty of a picture

  11. I also think that Hughes and company are doing a great job. I just wonder if they will look for some policemen since Arber Xhekaj seems to be the only one to rely on … Because adversary goons will make life difficult for all of those young talented players the Habs did sign up to now. And what if Arber Xhekaj gets injured once again ? Who's going to protect them then ???

  20. Arber Xhekaj and Logan Mailloux will either be the Top Two D men for Montreal , or they will be the Top Two D men for some other team. They both play a great two-way game (as seen in Laval) when paired together. Guhle is a top 4 D at best , and someone you use on the PowerPlay. It is just that simple.

  24. It’s early these young core players need time and experience,need to slow age them like fine wine,just keep finishing last build up the draft capital,slow the growth down they’ll be better for it in the long run

  25. Hughs has done a great job in signings as well as keeping this young team together, as a team they seem to enjoy and respect each other which is awesome going forward I predict a good upcoming season which could surprise a lot of pwople
