The San Francisco 49ers are now willing to listen to trade offers for Brandon Aiyuk and have given the star wide receiver permission to negotiate a contract with other teams.

My theory is that he still ends up with us. His two destinations of choice were us and Washington and we were way closer it seemed than them. Omar just has to wait it out a little bit to let SF warm up to their offer (which probably won’t include GP like SF most likely wanted). Obviously, there’s no guarantees but I think we’re in a very good spot ATM.
I still expect (well, hope) Aiyuk goes to Washington, and we trade a 2 or 3 for terry mclaurin.
Regardless of Aiyuk, if they don’t address receiver after trading DJ I will look at Khan differently. It’s never a good look to lonely ignore a massive glaring need that everybody and their mother can see from orbit. A stain on another wise productive off season.
The Steelers will never pay a wide receiver $30 million a season.
I feel like it’ll be the Pats, but I still wouldn’t rule out the Steelers despite the latest report.
My guys he is staying in San Fran… why would you leave a team that just went to a Super Bowl. It’s all for leverage in contract negotiations…
