Nabers and the offense

Know its only practice but 16/17 is insane. The amount of attention Nabers is going to get will give Hyatt and Wan’Dale opportunities to flourish. I can honestly see teams only putting 4-5 up front on the line for blitzing to properly cover receivers.

Haven’t even mentioned Johnson yet, running shorter pass plays for him to power downfield with defenders backstepping to focus on Nabers, Hyatt, Wan’Dale, and Slayton bursting off the line.

  1. I believe he will be an excellent player immediately. I also believe the Giants and Lions probably have pretty garbage CB rooms. Not discounting how great this stat is at all, though, even in practices.

  2. This is like that Looney Tunes episode where Daffy is stranded on a deserted island with a crate of canned food, but no can opener.

  3. 16-17 catches. And I think the one that wasn’t caught was the highlight-reel catch yesterday that was ruled incomplete but shouldn’t have been

  4. I’m going to act like I don’t see any of this and just be hype when he dominates on game day . But boy it’s hard to ignore

  5. I’m having trouble balancing between tempered expectations and crying from happiness and hope.
