  8. I have a 14 year old Shiba that looks so much like your Hachi. She’s got health problems and probably doesn’t have long left. We’re just trying to give her the best life possible and making sure she knows she’s loved while she’s here. You clearly did the same for your pup and now you get to live the rest of your life remembering all the happy times you had with Hachi.

    My brother just put his dog to rest last week and my beagle doesn’t have too much left either 🙁 A lot of us know what you’re going through, but we just have to think about the good times and it’s ok to mourn.
