Just to keep things honest: was he offered more money by another team, or is he just getting paid a little less APY than his last contract?
There’s a thought that a Bucs YT had last year that the reason White was so bad was that the DTs got worse for the Bucs. That he needs them to keep him clean.
Idk if this is true but if I’m White there are not too many better places I could go to with Davis and Carter in front of him.
I watched the full episode. It’s a quality listen, I found the segment about his horses and learning from mistakes raising them and changing how he does things really interesting. The parts about his father are really moving as well.
Isn’t Dov Kleiman that reporter that doesn’t exist?
All I’m saying is if he was bad teammate or played poorly, why not trade him last summer when he requested it. Clearly the Bucs wanted him until he got injured during the Eagles game.
