He had typical 2nd round pick NHLe around 18 and in his recent season he had a single goal and 0.2 pts/g in the ECHL
As close to wile e coyote running off a cliff as a prospect could be, it makes Yakupov’s decline look like nothing
I feel like any team that truly stockpiles prospects is gonna have to let some walk; only 50 contract spots and some guys just don’t pan out
My favorites are the undrafted that end up with 1000+ points &or in the hall of fame. What do scouts over value & undervalue ? How do they miss guys like Adam Oates? Dino Ciccarelli? Joey Mullen? Steve Thomas? You have to play 15+ years to get to 1000 points so not exactly late bloomers
