I wonder if he is sick of I 71 yet.
If things go sideways, we got 2 innings for ya.
By the way… did anybody hear the radio broadcast of when he pitched the first time. It’s like Hammy knows that might be a time capsule for that player and his family (to revisit and replay later) when they make their big league debut. He did a brief bio, commended his hard work in his career, and then gushed about him getting a scoreless inning and a save, and even chewed up some potential commercial time to complete his thought. Really classy. I’ve known Hammy to do that when guys get their big league debuts on for us or our opponents.
