Devastating for Rondale Moore and he makes a speedy recovery. However, in regards to the WR corps, I feel this is a position group Terry Fontenot has neglected. Yes, he picked offensive skill players at wideout, but under Terry Fontenot, he has been poor at adding depth to the wide receiver room.
Time to acquire some obscure free agent WR
What do you guys think of signing Julio as the 4th WR? He’s a free agent…

We should see if Hunter Renfro will sign for cheap. Ultra not sexy but….he has been known to be productive in slot moving the sticks.

The 49ers want something like two first-round picks in exchange for Aiyuk. The cap hit would be pretty severe too, ~$30M. 💸💸💸
Terry didn’t learn from the previous regime about taking a wr in the late rounds. The two non first round WRs they drafted under him is Darby and Washington this year. I know they want to go heavy DL rotation, but this is what happens when you trade up which ends up giving up a draft pick and then go three picks on the DL. And Zion might not even make the team with Eddie actually showing up. Ray Ray should ideally be a wr4 at best. Luckily there’s still guys on the market.
