5. Kind of ditched my after gym cardio today. The boys made sure that I remain on track.

   Gausman really settled down after the 3rd inning and nice to see the Jays actually scoring runs for him the last few games 

   Great series win against a good Baltimore team holy hell were those insurance runs massive lol
