  1. With all due respect to the Athletic. Their polls should be taken with a huge grain of salt. The writers are mostly clueless and the readers just echo the same thoughts. The hivemind there is worse than reddit.

  2. Isles need to get younger, starting with the GM. I think trading away your first round pick 5 out of 6 years is no way to run a team. Unfourtenitly I think we are going to get a lot worse before we get any better.

  3. Yeah the Orlando game seems to be happening every year now. I went last year and it was a blast. The building is where the NBA Magic and ECHL Solar Bears play, so it has a large capacity and fills up well. It's continued presence lets me dream that someday Orlando could be considered a viable expansion/relocation city. The city shows up pretty well for the Solar Bears!

  4. Worth noting about the Athletic confidence ratings: despite how well Jeff Jackson did at the start of the summer, more than 70% of Oilers fans lost confidence in management compared to last year. The only team that did worse on that front was the Kings.
