  6. As a Flyers fan, I can see them paying too much for an offer sheet, giving up their first round pick and then winning the lottery so that another team has their pick. That's the way we roll!

  8. If the Flyers offered more than 4.58 million, they would owe a first and a third round pick. The first round doesn't have to be their own pick. They have 3 of them for next year, including Edmonton's. The third round would be their own pick. The kid from Seattle is the best long term, but they could get the guy from NJ the cheapest. Pull the trigger Danny.

  9. Great Video, as usual, Mike. I think that this Summer hasn't gone as we all believed. I think that we thought that we'd see so many more moves, other than mainly Free Agency. Let me know what you think

  10. It's such A Sad Situation about Tony D'Angelo. I think that he's A Very Talented Player, but, his inability to deal with things not related to Hockey, not to even mention, another Huge Boo Boo by Jeff Gorton, in giving him A 2 Year Extension, only to Sit Him & Buy Him Out was A Whole Other Blunder That Left GM Chris Drury in A Bind. Even with Antics, to pay him to sit 2 years (aside from his time in The Hurricanes (2 times) & The Flyers definitely Impacted his Hockey Skills/Offensive Defenseman. Please let me know what you think & if you agree.

  11. I know some fans wouldn't like Kadri in wpg I think he's perfect fit. He wants to win. He put up he still pit up 75pts in 81gp last year on rebuilding flames roster. It would allow Jets remain competitive. Perfetti or Mcgroarty would get more ice time in Calgary.

    And if ehlers still wanted out or it wouldn't push Lambert into that 2nd C until he's ready.

    Jets tried perfetti center last year and it didn't work out. We haven't tried Villardi who was drafted Center because he fits on 1st line so well.
    I Agree we have had going back years
    Hayes,Stastny,Eakin,Stastny,PLD,Monahan at 2nd line Center get someone who like Kadri is locked up a bit. Despite Perfetti being 22 and looking like a top 6 guy we have Lambert,Chibrikov,Barlow,Lucius,Julien and could still use Perfetti,Mcgroarty,Stanley,Pionk,iafallo as trade peices. Or Jets should be like blues get creative and if teams with RFA like Mercer,Jarvis,Seider,unsigned guys offer or swap Perfetti/Mcgroarty

  12. No disrespect, but The Jets are A Mess, even though they made it beyond The Regular Season. Even given the fact that they did better than The LA Kings, doesn't necessarily mean that they won The PLD Trade, given, as you said, they haven't got A #2 Center, which PLD was for them, after losing Patrik Laine for him & It does not stop there & goes back to problems with Evander Kane & others (Especially Bffgylen & his retirement). They need to get focused & I don't know if Nazim Kadri is the answer. I think that Kevin Chevyldaov has done the best he can, but, it's A Team Thing. While all of this is happening, Wheeler & Schifflie have gotten/getting older, which creates a problem, not to mention whether those players that they got from LA in the PLD Trade can replicate last year. Let me know what you think
