Hi, Josh, Jesse, and Friends!
I’ve never heard of Nick Robertson until just now. I’ll look into him after this. I don’t want to give the Leafs anything. lol!
Now, Dawson Mercer, is a totally different thing. I’d rather have him over Liane anytime. I’m not a big fan of Laine’s. The big thing I’m concerned about Mercer’s +/- over the three years in NJ. He went from a -25 first year, +22 the second year, and a -26 last year. That’s quite a huge back and forth. Who knows. Lol
It would be amazing & so exciting to watch Monty play in the 4 Nations Cup. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏻
Mercer would be a great pickup…THIS is the kind of player we want
No to Robeertson. We have enough midgets
One of my best friends was buddies with Mercer in highschool, he actually went to bishops college in Quebec
Those rose colored spectacles are prominent again !
Dawson Mercer would be a great pickup and so would Nick Robinson and Kirby dach all on the 2nd line leaving newhook the 3c we would rock the league
Mercer way before Robertson
i would absolutely LOVE mercer on our team, not only is the kid great, but then montreal got BOTH newfies on their team!
Hi guys! Unless we move 1 or 2 of Dvorak, Anderson, Armia or Gally we should not go out and get anyone. We know our top 6 for the future are pretty much set now that we have Demidov in our stable. Just let the young guys play this year, determine which will fill our bottom 6 and which can be traded for the key pieces still missing in Demidov's 2nd season. From then on we are contenders and not getting a lottery pick. This is our last year to possibly get a top 10 pick. 28 days till MTL vs TOR prospects, Go Habs Go!
Leafs have no leverage. He hasn’t done anything when given the opportunity and he is injury prone. Forget Robertson
Unite the Newfies
Montreal will not make big moves unless it is a long term player (young) and/or they ALMOST reach the playoffs. There is no point wasting picks and cap until there team shows it can make the playoffs. With the recent master move by the Blues, we've seen what happens to teams who have zero cap space to maneuver.
As far as Montembeault and Primeau are concerned, Monty is the starter, BUT this season, whoever of them racks in the win will start more often. Basically, let Monty and Primeau have a rivalry, whoever racks in the win, gets the starts.
Zegras, go big or go home!
Dawson Mercer. Yes B’y. I’m some glad to hear that it might be a possibility. The more Newfies on the Habs the better.
2nd and 3rd? Hell no.
