It might not be his choice though. Stoney is not employed by the White Sox. He’s employed by NBCSN. And we all know that this is the last season they’ll carry the Sox in favor of whatever new monstrosity is being created.
So if the people at the new RSN feel like going in a different direction, then there’s not much that can be done.
