  1. We have so many weapons on offense Minshew just needs to manage the stars and dont turn the ball over. we have a top 3 defense and a top special teams we are going to be in every game cant wait to see Jacoby throw a bomb

  2. Listen to you daily. You do a super great job and I appreciate your hard work!! Been EVERYDAY on every game, roster, coach, staff, draft, free agency since, '76. Little more challenging back in the day. – Joe in Chicago. 🏈

    As I say,

    NO INJURIES

    none

  3. Hondo has completely changed his tune about training camp and the Raiders bc they named Gardner as the starter. It’s obvious he believes AOC should be the starter, even though Gardner did more last year with less talent than the raiders have.

  4. Hondo, you mentioned we want to get off to a fast start especially in the first couple games. What do you think would happen if Garner (hopefully not) has a terrible game against LAC and has 2-3 turnovers? Do they let him go into Baltimore with less confidence. I understand giving the starter 2-4 games, but considering the comment ????

  5. Why do you think you’re so above Hondo ???!!!! It’s Minshew Mania buddy !!!!! Lmao !!!!! Get over it !!! Lmao !!! Nobody wants to hear your stupid predictions about our season !!!!!!! Lmao !!!! Go Minshew !!!!!!!! Minshew Mania !!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Our overall team talent is comparable w Indy as saw in the game last year.
Our hope is that last years experience and the better weapons to throw to and a game plan being developed for him in mind with new guidance and perspective that we will see a Super Garner develope throughout the season. If this comes to pass, ge will play much light a right handed Steve Young, (for those to young, check his ratings for seasonal numbers).

  7. I know Hondo said he doesn't read the comments but someone needs to let him know that there is a song about Garner Minshew that was created by a comedian on the Bob and Tom show. It is based on the Rolling Stones song Gonna Miss You. It is several years old and I haven't heard if they updated it, but Tom absolutely loved it and I could see him making it happen. It's worth a listen.

  8. The whole you can be such a good team that you can have a bad game and still win is naive. They win while playing bad because the refs bail them out because they are poster teams for the NFL and them losing is a financial detriment to the league. That's why they win when they play like shit. Win the media, win football games. We need to win early and sneak up on the whole NFL establishment.

  9. I would love to be more optimistic about this season but I have been at all their practices. I would give the camp a C-/D for the offense. Jakobi and Bowers really stood out. Those two had a great camp. Defensively I would give a B/B+. Crosby and Jack Jones stood out for sure.

Minshew as the starter seriously deflated much hope after what I witnessed daily from him. I know Minshew Maniacs think that's hate, whatever. Just telling you it wasn't good. Sure hope he improves soon.

  10. so disheartening that the QB play seems to have regressed. I guess we will see regular season when it really counts if this is correct.. Afterall, AOC was the best QB in pre season last year and we saw how that ended up. Not even starting this year.

  11. I think the deeper issue on the QB play is whether (1) GM and/or AOC have somehow regressed as players OR (2) there's something systemically flawed with the OC plan for offensive football. Given the awful play from the Chicago offense last year, it shocks me that not more people are at least curious if there's something wrong with the LG approach to offense. I submit that great coaching takes the talent pool on a team and builds an offense that they can succeed with. Both LG and JMD seem determined to pound their round peg into a square hole, and then want to blame their QBs (Carr and Jimmy G) and now GM and AOC for not being up to par. The real problem is coaching. In fact, this issue is most obvious with the transition from Raiders in 2016, where under OC Musgrave had Carr playing MVP quality ball, then they bring in Todd D, and Carr suddenly forgets how to play. The issue is coaching. This is what needs to be addressed…across the NFL. Its not whether a given QB can make plays, its whether an OC can take a player and design a scheme that exploits his given attributes to win games.
