  1. We will see how he looks in the regular season. I’ve seen too many of these types of stories the last several years of players being hyped only to be a false positive. I hope he does well, but I need to protect my emotional state as much as possible this year.

  2. I’m excited for Wallace. If he can do this week 1 against the saints I’ll be sold. It’s a bit easier in pre season and camp. But he’s by far making the most of his opportunities so far.

  3. Ngl I was coping and seething when we drafted him instead of NC State’s Payton Wilson but so far Wallace has proven to be a good pick.

  4. It’s funny how this was the one pick that was universally panned as a reach. Guy has looked good in the pre-season. Hopefully he earns some reps this year.

  5. I definitely like what I’ve seen so far from him in preseason and training camp. My only worry would be the possibility that he is only able to do this due to generally basic schemes.

That being said, I trust Evero’s ability to put him in the best spot to succeed, so maybe he will really get something good out of him this year and beyond. I can definitely see the vision and why they drafted him.

Hopefully his play doesn’t fully drop off when he starts seeing more complicated offensive schemes, but he does have some really good linebackers to learn behind in the meanwhile. He plays hard and has a dawg mentality so hopefully it all comes together for him.

  6. “This guy wasn’t in u/moronfuck69s mock draft so he must suck”!
