4. Has to be Tobias Harris. He was paid 180+ million and took exactly ZERO charges.

   Signed him off a rival for a big money contract with the intent to shore up defense and stretch the floor with Embiid and he ended up fitting like a square peg in a round hole with the team… very annoying. His sister Anna was/is also annoying.
