Rookie righty Spencer Schwellenbach’s latest performance helped the Atlanta Braves claim a much-needed series victory over the Philadelphia Phillies, closing things out with a 3-2 win on Thursday at Truist Park.

    Spencer impresses me with every outing and I think he is here to stay- long term!
    What concerns me is after Harris hot start once he came back is struggling again! Waaaay to many bad at bats! Murphy and Harris and Arcia lunging and not staying balanced, swatting at balls after watching strikes!
    I’ve never seen so many mistakes by opposing pitchers that are right down the middle and we continue to miss them! Props to Urshela again and Whit! Might not be close with the power but Whit’s defense is better than Albies and I actually think WHIt is faster! ( love Albies though, especially switch hitting ) can’t believe we left runners on 2nd&3rd to end the inning and again leaving a runner on 3rd to end another inning otherwise we win easily but RI is absolutely on fire 🔥 and didn’t even throw a changeup!
