  1. What no one is talking about is the one thing Farmer CAN do is bunt. With Lewis on 3rd, TK or Gardy or Molly would have called for a squeeze bunt.

  2. Kepler will now be a ghost, not on the IL but unwilling to play, sitting on the bench taking up a roster spot that could be used for a pinch hitter, pinch runner or defensive player.

  3. Correa talks the talk but isn’t going to walk the walk. QB Justin Herbert had the same plantar facias injury and 3 weeks later he was back in pads and in full go in scrimmages and will be ready to start Game 1 of the NFL.

  4. Mackey is wrong on his Wallner take. He says Wallner is an automatic out against lefties with a 70 against lefties. Meanwhile he already said farmer has a 67 for the SEASON against right AND left proving he's a worse hitter that Wallners absolute worst. Besides the fact you didnt need him to do anything that reflects his obp. You needed him to just hit a fly ball. He didnt need to hit it out of the park just not strike out. We didnt need a hit a5 that point and if Wallner just needs to make contact really. Farmer has proven he cant hit all season minimum. Farmer is worse than Wallner against lefties and Wallner still has room for growth. Id take my chances with Wallner 9/10 times barring something odd going on.

  5. Correa is bullshitting. The only reason he " played hurt" last season was to ensure he reached his minimum PA's to guarantee all or most of his contract. I knew it all season as it was happenong which shows hes doesnt care about playing he cares about earning every dollar from that contract whether hes able to finish it out or not. The team should have held him out of games last year when they knew he was playing solely for the purpose of guaranteeing himself all the money. He knew all this last year thats why he did all this crap. You guys act like anybody wouldnt get FREE treatment and people working on their body to make them feel better and hes some professional by doing that smh.

  6. The Twins should have executed a squeeze play with Farmer bunting and Lewis at 3rd Base with one out. This would have scored the run. Evidently Rocco didn't think of this.

  7. Phils point is moot because farmer is just as bad against righty’s. Platoon advantage only actually matters if you get it by pinch hitting

  8. Look at the splits all want, you have the lead, give Wallner the chance. Farmer has no confidence at the plate, not what you need in clutch situations. Can’t keep outthinking yourselves during critical points of the game

  9. Rocco's blind reliance on the spreadsheets limits this team's ceiling. He's completely incapable of looking beyond the numbers to comprehend what's happening right in front of his face during a game. The greatest managers are able to strike a balance between stats and baseball instincts in their decision making. This concept is completely foreign to Rocco.
