We are burgundy, gold and white. Not black. If you want to root for a team in a black jersey there are plenty of options. We’ve lost the original name (fine), the original logo (not fine) and lastly the uniform color scheme (borderline criminal). I just want to maintain a morsel of this franchises identity.
Plus the black uniforms look like total shit and we lose every time we wear them.

Respectfully disagree. All of our kits look like college kits and this one never made any sense. If black isn’t a primary color then black jerseys just feel like a cop out for an alternate. No reason why they couldn’t have kept the darker burgundy as an alternate.

Numbers should be white with burgundy outline or burgundy with yellow/white outline. Instantly would make them better. And put the w on the side of the helmet and number where the W is. It isn’t that hard to make a decent uniform.
Would love something like these as home and away, with a yellow pants option. Alternate id love to see a throwback option (something similar to our 70th anniversary unis with the spear)

This sub hates the black alternates with a passion. But go to a game and a good 20% of fans will be wearing them.
I dislike them as many fans do but what really pisses me off are the helmets that someone approved. Actually someone designed them first and they should never be allowed to design anything ever again. Easiest, cleanest design would be to remove the numbers and the stupid W at the front and take the DC flag design on the back and out that on the sides as the alt logo. Maybe throw in the gold face mask to make it pop while also differentiating from what they look like now, the Steelers. Of course that being so obvious, the Snyder squad couldn’t do it.
Totally agree. They are really cool. I love the patch on the arms and the yellow outlined with red is dope. The only thing I’d change is the W on the front of the helmet.
