  1. I dont see it as a gamble at all. We arent going to the superbowl this year. Might make the playoffs….but tim was gone after this year. So we needed to move on and let our young guys get better with playing time. This is what you do when you rebuild. All the older vets from past seasons are gone. Future is looking bright. GO BRONCOS!

  2. I'm with Roark. Patrick is clear WR2 here and Mims and Reynolds haven't shown enough, imo. I think this hurts Bo Nix more than anything. Patrick may never have been on the roster in 2025 but you want Nix to have the best chance of success this year, and I think Nix would be better with Patrick as an option.

If you need ST help, just bring guys up from the PS and make Franklin a gameday inactive. Should be no issue to stash LJ or Sills on PS.

There's little benefit from cutting Patrick from a cap standpoint and the trade compensation might be less than a 5th.

I know it's not a popular opinion, but I'd rather see them trade Sutton than Patrick. Both hurt Nix, but at least with a Sutton trade you get better draft compensation and a significant cap benefit. There's no guarantee Sutton's on the roster next year given how things went with his contract this offseason.

  3. Tim Patrick hasn't played a football game in 2 years. The guy has had 2 consecutive season ending injuries before the seasons even started. Patrick is not a loss for the Broncos. I think Sean Peyton knows what he's doing.

  4. Aloha Broncos Country, Cody, and Sayre! So glad the preseason is over, and we are on to the regular season.

As much as I love TP, we have so much underrated talent on our wr roster that we need to keep them for the future. We will have this year to focus, while playoffs and superbowls are a ways away, we have to take it one game at a time. we won 8 games with a dysfunctional qb and lack of depth on our d line, now we have it. it will be a special year, and I like all the moves we have done up to this point. we have to understand that we have the best front office in all of football. we must keep the faith and Bo-lieve! Go Broncos!!
