My son worked as an athletic trainer, working with a volleyball player increase his vertical — by nine inches! It can be done!
I cant understand the confusion as to why Post hasn't been signed as yet. If the Dubs stay below the luxury tax for 2 of the next 4 years they reset the luxury tax repeater… that millions of dollars in savings for the future, so they don't want to fill the last roster spot. Asfar as the 2 way spots they really like Daequon Plowden, Jackson Rowe and Reece Beekman, 3 guys that they don't have draft rights for that will likely be snapped up by another team if waived, Post is going nowhere, he was drafted by the Dubs, they have his rights. If you stash him for the year in Europe or Australia, you can keep Plowden and the others signed 'til next year until you have open roster spots and you can bring in Post too.
Unfortunately i doubt he gets put in rotation due to the way kerr coaches. He’s not quick to give players minutes which will not allow the warriors to maximize their potential 😓
