  1. i have a hard time believing any of these opinions are what they are and that people aren’t trying to control a narrative and tell them what to say. sports tv has turned into hot garbage, it’s kinda upsetting having all of these garbage tv personalities back us up now.

also WTF dan, can’t even pick your old team? try running out the back of the end zone again

  2. Who cares? ESPN producers tell them who to pick based on what they think will drum up views/clicks.

Posts like this are exactly what they want because it will get pissed off idiots to tune in just so they can scream at the TV

  3. Mina Kimes actually has a pretty great podcast, if you’re into football analysis. She usually snags pretty good guests, and she’s super well informed in terms of statistics, the minutiae of the game, all that sorta stuff.

I know that’s not entirely in the spirit of the ESPN dunk-fest we’re on, but she’s a legit solid analyst when she’s not being wheeled out to have Stephen A shout over her for a five minute segment.

  4. I think of this pic as how badly each commentator gave in to the pressure of ESPN commanding them to pick the Rams

I’m pretty sure that in private, none of them favored the Rams, and most of them feared this game would end up being a buzzsaw
