  1. I’d honestly be ok with this. Josh Reynolds-esque. But I don’t think EQ wants to be in little bros shadow.

  2. The Saints are so bad, if they released him I have serious doubts that he can play in the NFL.

  3. Amon-Ra poking his head into Brad’s office: You know who just became available….

  4. For a dirt cheap contract, sure. Maybe his brother can get something out of him that the other teams can’t.

  5. I’m down for practice squad at least for the guy.

After being in a shitty Chicago offense he’s gonna need to be coached up for a while to get his mojo back. Probably too damaged to contribute right away. They have zero idea how to develop offensive talent. They just occasionally get lucky and find someone that becomes a good player in spite of the Bears’ ineptitude.

  6. Practice squad roster spot might just open up for him. If for nothing more than to motivate ARSB.

  7. Would love it for the story but hard to believe he’s best option. I’ll take Noah Brown over him personally.

  8. If the Lions grab him I’ll try to forget about that shit talking about Detroit on their pod 😂

  9. I did a google of the meaning of Equanimeous and the portion of the definition that stood out was, “In full control of your faculties.”

Not sure if playing on the same team as his brother would be Equa-friendly.

  10. I actually wouldn’t hate it(wouldn’t be particularly excited either) if he signed. He’s limited but he’s a big body and is a decent run blocker.

  11. Honestly looking at their numbers equanimeous seems like a final roster spot at best kind of player. Didn’t even do that well in college.

  12. All the we need another tall receiver people are real quiet right now. Weird.

  13. Should be worth a look on the practice squad. I think there are others, like Noah Brown, more appealing for the 53 man roster.

  14. EQ said himself on the podcast that he’s not really passionate about football and that’s it’s just work for him. I don’t think that fits the culture right now.
