I’d honestly be ok with this. Josh Reynolds-esque. But I don’t think EQ wants to be in little bros shadow.
The Saints are so bad, if they released him I have serious doubts that he can play in the NFL.

After being in a shitty Chicago offense he’s gonna need to be coached up for a while to get his mojo back. Probably too damaged to contribute right away. They have zero idea how to develop offensive talent. They just occasionally get lucky and find someone that becomes a good player in spite of the Bears’ ineptitude.
Practice squad roster spot might just open up for him. If for nothing more than to motivate ARSB.
Would love it for the story but hard to believe he’s best option. I’ll take Noah Brown over him personally.

I did a google of the meaning of Equanimeous and the portion of the definition that stood out was, “In full control of your faculties.”
Not sure if playing on the same team as his brother would be Equa-friendly.
I actually wouldn’t hate it(wouldn’t be particularly excited either) if he signed. He’s limited but he’s a big body and is a decent run blocker.
Honestly looking at their numbers equanimeous seems like a final roster spot at best kind of player. Didn’t even do that well in college.
