Morris-Brash is actually a surprise, he seemed to play well. I would have bet him being on the roster before I bet on 7WRs and 4 RBs.

We were 15th in pass attempts per game in the preseason with 30 and 31st in rush attempts per game with 21. I think this is going to be a different Harbaugh/Roman offense than many expect, and explains the 7 receivers.

Surprised Morris-Brash got cut, but otherwise, no real surprises outside of both Fehoko and Rice making the final 53.
Really happy we kept Rice. With even baseline competent QB play he’s going to ball out.
Can someone explain to me what stone smart does well? Not even trying to be snarky. Wasn’t he horrendous at basically everything last season?
Tony Jefferson and Simi Fehoko playing themselves on to the roster shows this Front Office/Coaching Staff rewards competitors and won’t just stick with “their guys”
Morris-Brash waived is surprising, but I get that maybe Rumph will be back sooner rather than later and the coaches don’t hate him as much as fans.

Website also has the official depth chart. Some interesting placements in terms of 2nd vs 3rd string. Also don’t see tart anywhere so I’m curious if maybe he’s getting traded or something or if the website just left him off by accident.

He’s definitely a bust now. Never had the body to play football.
It also means he is going to be a free agent next season. Doubt we bring him back.
