1. I think maybe the Lions are waiting on to see who they could get through the waiver wire first before actually signing him? But I'm not sure

2. Josh Reynolds did not want to come back he has stated this I don’t know why you keep bringing it up how we could have had him when he did not want to come back.

3. Bengals were trying to trade for him and we had 52 instead of 53 players so we knew there was a spot for him. Many teams were interested. Also he had those good seasons with Joe Flacco, Drew Lock then the other with Teddy B and Drew lock so no consistency

4. This is what you get when you try to fill an important role on the cheap. Either he never makes it to the roster or he does and gets hurt again. Just like Mosley.

Only thing I will say is that I did want Reynolds to stay and as upset as I was at his drops in that game there were a bunch of mistakes all over from everyone that game it felt like BUT if Josh Reynolds couldn’t take the criticism so he wanted out as it’s suggested then he’s not committed to the team/can’t block out the noise that’s going to come from being in big time games and I’m glad he went his own way. I wish him the best.

9. Josh is gone….by his desire or contract issues…but he is gone. No need to discuss the past based on a current move…they are addressing the need…and will create competition on the practice squad….no doubts there. Relax!

20. I like the move, it's no risk. If he sucks you dump him. If he's fully healed and ready to go you just got a receiver that can give you 40-60 catches and 600-800 yards for nothing.

24. Watch for Cominsky, who was left on the active roster, to be placed on IR 24 hrs after the cut down deadline per league rules. Then Patrick will be brought up to the active roster, to fill the vacant spot. D

25. I agree. Reynolds was solid for the Lions. Patrick, when he was healthy, had pretty solid numbers, and that's with Drew Lock 2020 and Teddy Bridgewater 2021 throwing him the ball. Lions have Goff throwing to him. Definitely a QB upgrade for him.
