if they win today, the padres will be 19 games over .500. the last time that san diego was this many games over was the penultimate game of the 2010 season, when they were 90-71
there was a claim saying this was the first time the padres have been 18 games over since 2010; but the team has achieved that mark a couple of times since, most recently in 2022 [86-68]
