Ketel Marte over Lindor is actually crazy

  1. They’re both having excellent seasons. Ketel is a super underrated player in a smaller market, I’m thrilled he’s getting some well deserved mvp recognition. He won’t get it because his current injury will limit his accumulation, but he’s great.

  2. I live in Phoenix so naturally a lot of my friends are DBacks fans and I slightly follow them myself. I bet with a couple buddies a couple weeks ago that Lindor would get more MVP votes than Marte. I was well on way to losing that bet. I was unfamiliar with the type of season Marte was having prior to getting hurt. He’s really good and was the catalyst to the hottest team In baseball. Much like how we credit Lindor’s turnaround to guiding the Mets turnaround this season, Marte has been the driving force for the DBacks. Anyways go Mets, step on snakes.

  3. It’s not actually that crazy but Lindor will take over soon. Marte isn’t healthy

  4. Ketel was having a WAY better season. Him not being firmly in MVP talks over the last few months way absurd to me. Lindor got the NY media love so he jumped him like he wasn’t even there. If he didn’t get injured he might’ve been on his way to 40 HRs with a .300 BA. Only knock would be he doesn’t steal bags
