Nice we got another kicking competition. Sucks to see Dubose get claimed was hoping to get him back on the practice squad.

As much as I was hoping to get AJJ/DuBose back; they probably have a better shot of getting snaps elsewhere and I sure hope they do!

Perfect on XPs, 6-7 on FGs! Idk what his combined game & practice numbers are, but that alone looks much better than what Anders Carlson was putting out.
Zayne over AJJ is one of those things where you just have to trust the staff knows what they’re doing and ST matter more than we think.
Man I would’ve loved to stash AJJ and DuBose on the PS but that’s gonna be better for them and their careers, we don’t have anywhere for them to grow into right now

Who are we releasing to make room for the kicker? Or were we not at 53, yet? Glover or Mosby gets cut?
I wish we would’ve kept DuBose over Heath, damn. Heath is fine too but I think DuBose had more potential. Maybe not.
We’re getting progressively better in the college kicking game. Up to Narveson’s 78% career percentage from Carlson’s 72%
when does the practice squad finalize. Does this mean we get welch or king back?
Dubose to Miami– could be a really fun fit if he can earn a role
I’m rooting for Narveson because that name is awesome

They have to cut Joseph right? I don’t see them rostering two kickers. It’s gotta be one or the other.
On the plus side, this means the depth is pretty darn good.
Would have liked to keep AJJ and DuBose around but even if they weren’t claimed they might have seen the depth ahead of them in Green Bay and choose to look for opportunities elsewhere. AJJ getting waived was certainly a surprise to me but I continue to feel like Packer’s fans over value the WR position especially depth guys despite DuBose seeming a capable player.
I’m no more confident in the kicker situation now than I was before but not at all against trying someone new until a solution is found.
He was 21 of 28, 75%, in training camp. What exactly are we doing here?

He got the Titans the win over the Seahawks with 2 really nice kicks under pressure. First one is 59 yards.
Just curious… what’s the knock on Anthony Johnson Jr? Was he just bad in coverage or something?
Damn I didn’t realize Anthony Johnson got cut. He seemed like a valuable depth piece with some experience starting last season. They cut him knowing he wasn’t gonna make it to practice squad.
