  1. Thanks for doing this, stinks we get two hours notice though (sorry if I missed other ways to learn about this).

I likely won’t be able to follow this as it happens, on my lunch now, so just hoping for some clarity on impressions about the 28-man roster going into September- we certainly have options (although some make more sense than others), can you give your thoughts on the moves that will be coming?

  2. Are there any updates if Zastryzny will be back this season?

Also, who do you believe will be the game 1 starter Peralta or Rea?

  3. Who do you think the September call ups are? Hoping for Miz as the pitcher. Also, they’re only allowed to bring up one position player in one pitcher, if they send a pitcher back down midway through September, can they bring up another one or it’s just one each for the whole month?

  4. Out of the young bullpen options who are currently on the roster fringe (I’d say Mis, Yoho, Hall, Ashby, and even Henderson who was mentioned on the broadcast last night) who is likely to stick through September / make the playoff roster. Further, who of those options is expected to make an impact next year?

Additionally I’d ask what does Parades return mean for the pen? Would one of those younger options get bumped? Do one of the veteran long relievers without options get DFAd?

Basically, what is the most likely state of the bullpen come the playoffs?

  5. The freshmen series on YouTube was exceptional, if they were to do one based on you guys as beat writers, what do you think it’d shed light on that most people don’t know or see? Bonds with players along the years on & off the field, the process of your work, schedule keeping you guys away from family as much as players, etc.

  6. Adam, hope you’ve fully back from your eye issue — how did that recovery process go? (is Yelich coming to you for rehab tips? 😆)

And how weird was it to have to be sidelined for the start of a new baseball season?

Best wishes, and glad you weren’t out of action for too long!

  7. do you ever get frustrated by the lack of exposure we get being a small market team? Seems like our guys have to go above and beyond to get even 10% of the media exposure big market teams do for playing mediocre

  8. Do you have any sense for how important a top 2 seed is for the team vs ensuring guys are rested/healthy heading into the playoffs?

  9. What was your favorite year covering the Brewers? Could be for any reason, not that the team made the playoffs or was good specifically.

And favorite place to eat when on the road covering the team?

  10. On a team full of hard working competitors, who is the biggest competitor? Who is leading the clubhouse?

  11. Hey, Adam. Hope you’re doing well post-surgery. Do you have a favorite Uecker interaction?

  12. Will the Yankees & Dodgers make 10 straight world series so we can finally have a salary cap in baseball?
