  1. I sort of understand his bizarre skating routine. His sideways skating enables him to keep facing the action while moving. This also sends a message to the d-Man covering him that he is going to shoot or pass at any moment, therefore forcing the d-man to stick with him. But then the d-man doesn't see what's happening behind him while Demigod sees everything and can react to whatever is happening in the zone. Pretty wicked.

  2. I was born at Montréal General many years ago, but haven’t lived in Québéc for more than a half century. My love of Habs has not wavered however. You are my one and only source because your presentation is so entertaining that even my Alabama-born wife, who doesn’t know the blue line from a blue plate special, enjoys watching your videos. Merci and well-played, sir.

  3. I pray he stays healthy! Let's not forget NHL level is way above KHL. Can't wait to see how he'll do in NHL, Habs fans will go nuts on his 1st game lol (and he will to I bet 😉

  4. His skating ability is awesome, he has great hands, an impressive hockey IQ. And he has a winning attitude. And I've stated the obvious like way too many comments on any channel under the sun, but hey – we're Habs fans. 🙂

  5. That OT goal wasn't really for anything. They actually lost the game 7-1 (so that secondary assist was their only goal of the game) they did an exhibition 3 on 3 OT for the fans. Still a great goal none the less however.

  6. This year and next will see a LOT of new faces on the Habs, with Dach back, and Laine at the least this year, then Demidov, Beck, Hage, Florian…all up front soon.
Hutson, Mailloux, Reinbacher….fighting for spots on D with Struble and Arber. And several more forwards and defence behind these guys knocking on the door.

Some of the current vets will need to go with Savard, Matheson, Dvorak, and Armia all possibly by the trade deadline and hopefully picking up some future draft picks and or prospects while their trade value is high! Team is going to get a LOT better very soon, with a deep pipeline to keep it going. Cant say enough about management!

  7. Ivan Demidov is looking like the best prospect from the 2024 NHL Draft. Kid is absolutely insane. And all these crybabies because their team didn't take Demigod are saying he's garbage. LMFAO. Cope is real.

  8. I'm glad to see Konyushkov getting more recognition. With Hutson and Reinbacher in Montreal and Laval respectively he's arguably our best defensive prospect outside of our system. He's extremely intelligent on and off the ice and very mature for a 21 year old. There's a reason he's a captain in a league that barely plays young players, let alone gives them leadership roles. He'll be a huge boon to our defense in a few years when he comes over.

  9. my TOTs are…so both Demidov (F) and Hutson (D) can, at will, walk around at the blue line on the power play…i wonder if they separate them into first and second PP team even though one is (F) and the other is (D)? do we really need or want them out there at the same time doing the same stuff? how do you make sure all this talent doesn't step on itself?

  10. im ready to see Demidov being called to army w most likely owns his current team before he can come to Montreal. you gonna have to kidnap him as NHL used to do back in soviet times
