So, got a sixth and freed up some cap space and a roster spot. Chef Terry, five stars.
Checking out the Chargers reddit, I find it funny how it’s always one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
We celebrate getting something in return for releasing him, and Charger fans are happy to have a solid backup. I want to go in there and burst their bubble, but I’ll just let them figure it out on their own.
And this is why we played him so much in the preseason. I think he’ll be a good backup for Herbert.
Getting a 6th back is crazy, the titans just got a 7th for a QB they spent draft capital on and still had on a rookie deal. How terry got more for a backup in a contract year is beyond me.

Wish Heinicke the best but this is great news. Means Cousins hasn’t faced any setbacks we don’t know about and the coaching staff is confident in him going into week 1
Chargers fans need to be put on alert, any team trading for Heinicke got a few loose screws
