New Daily Baseball Game for Brewers Fans – Wordle Meets Grid

Hi everybody!

My buddy and I built a daily baseball trivia game that just launched on Saturday. It combines elements of a bunch of our favorite daily games (Wordle, Immaculate Grid, MLB Pickle) but is more accessible to the average fan. There is one puzzle per day, per team and you have to sort players into the correct columns to win.

We would so appreciate your feedback! A few things we’d love to hear about:
-Is it clear how to play?
-Did you find anything confusing?
-What would you recommend to make it even better?

There is a new puzzle each morning. The game takes about 2 minutes to play.

Feel free to share with your friends too! The more feedback the better.

~Thank you to the mods for allowing this!~

  1. Like it. Personally, would rather not be told which ones I was correct on to increase the difficulty a tad. Getting all but 2 correct is a guarenteed win next try as is. Would like to have to figure it out.

  2. I am assuming you are scraping data from like baseball reference or some other page based on the year criteria that you gave to automatically populate the grid?

  3. Really neat. I did the Braves and Brewers ones as I grew up in Atlanta and now live in MKE. Today’s seemed a bit easy but could be that I’m an elder millennial and this was my peak baseball era lol.

  4. This is fun. 1999 was peak fandom for me so this was relatively easy. I was 15 in 99 and went to so many games that year. Tickets were dirt cheap. Man, they were pretty bad in those days and County Stadium was a dump but we had a lot of fun.
